When you book a ride by phone or on our website, or when you contact us, we collect what you or the caller tell us:

- Pickup and drop-off addresses
- Ride dates and times
- Mobility needs and any notes you give us

- To send ride confirmations, reminders, and driver-arrival updates

- To bill for rides
Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed:
- With the drivers and staff who give your ride
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our scheduling system and our email and text-message providers, only so they can help us give our services
- When the law requires it
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we may send you text messages about your rides. Here is how our text program works.
- Program name: Heart of Gold ride updates.
- What we send: ride confirmations, ride reminders, and driver-on-the-way updates. We do not send marketing texts.
- How you sign up: you give us a mobile number when you book by phone or on our website, and you agree to receive ride texts.
- Message frequency varies by how many rides you book.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 888-319-2511.
- Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Emails
We send emails about your rides only, such as confirmations and ride details. We do not send marketing emails.
