Hospital & Facility Discharge
Going home from the hospital should be the easy part.
We work with discharge planners, case managers, and nursing staff across Sacramento and Fresno every week. When a patient is ready to go home, we coordinate the pickup time with your staff, arrive at the patient pickup area, and deliver the rider safely through their own front door.
Wheelchair, gurney, and ambulatory discharges — same-day when capacity allows.
